Machine Status
RecyclerIQ tracks the live operational state of every connected cash recycler — detecting issues within one health-check cycle (approximately 60 seconds) and alerting operators automatically.
A vendor-neutral abstraction layer sits between your cash recyclers and everything else. Currently supports Kisan KR10 and KRC10 — new manufacturers are added at the platform level and become instantly available to all installations.
Transactions queue locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns — no data is ever lost.
Operators connect from Windows PCs, iOS iPads, or Android tablets. Link Service announces itself via mDNS — apps connect automatically with no IP addresses, no firewall rules, and no IT configuration.
Operators log in with a PIN even without internet. Credentials are securely cached on-site and stay fresh via cloud sync every 30 minutes — new accounts are ready to use within 30 minutes of provisioning.
