Privacy Policy

Lewers Logic LLC (“Lewers Logic,” “we,” “us”) is a software company based in Senatobia, Mississippi. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Scope

This policy covers our public websites:

• lewerslogic.com
• recycler-iq.com
• ask-lewis.com

and the forms on them (contact, Ask Lewis waitlist and Recycler.IQ demo request).

Some services have their own policy, which applies in addition to this one:

• Recycler.IQ hosted demo: the Demo Privacy Policy covers the demo account and your use of the demo system.
• Social publishing tool: our internal tool for posting to our own social media accounts has its own Social Publishing Tool Privacy Policy.

Our products, when used by customers under a contract, are governed by that contract and any product privacy terms.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on one of our sites, we collect what you enter:

• Contact form (lewerslogic.com): name, email address, organization (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
• Ask Lewis waitlist (ask-lewis.com): name, email address, organization (optional), your role, and whether you want to hear when the free trial opens.
• Recycler.IQ demo request (recycler-iq.com): name, work email, organization, job title (optional), organization type, phone (optional), number of locations and recyclers per location, and your agreement to the demo terms.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

• Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our sites: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, the page you came from, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and whether a form submission succeeded. We do not record form field contents in analytics, and we do not record sessions on our marketing sites. Analytics visitors are anonymous; we do not link this data to your name or email.
• Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated abuse.
• Server and security logs. Our hosting and form services (Cloudflare) process your IP address and request details to deliver pages, prevent abuse and rate-limit form submissions. Our form service logs only a request ID, outcome and timing, not the contents of what you submit.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your message or request.
• To add you to the Ask Lewis waitlist and tell you when the free trial opens, if you asked us to.
• To set up and support a Recycler.IQ demo you requested (see the Demo Privacy Policy).
• To follow up about our products and services with people who contacted us, joined a waitlist or requested a demo. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand and improve our websites.
• To keep our sites and forms secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not use the information you submit through our websites to train machine learning models.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under terms that limit their use of it to providing their service to us:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, property or safety of Lewers Logic or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

• Analytics. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in a first-party cookie and your browser’s local storage, so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one.
• Bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare’s security features may set cookies or use browser storage needed for security.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the sites will still work, but we will count you as a new visitor.

6. Retention

• Form submissions (contact, waitlist, demo request) are kept in our customer relationship management system as a business contact record until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purposes above.
• Emails you send us are kept in our email system as normal business correspondence.
• Analytics data is kept by PostHog under its standard retention for our plan.
• Security logs are kept for a short period by Cloudflare under its standard settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and secrets that are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• Marketing follow-up: reply to any email from us or email privacy@lewerslogic.com and we will stop.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email privacy@lewerslogic.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Children

Our websites are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you use our sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
