Lewers Logic LLC (“Lewers Logic,” “we,” “us”) is a software company based in Senatobia, Mississippi. This policy explains what information our social media publishing tool collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.
This tool is a self-hosted, internal application operated by Lewers Logic for publishing to our own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, does not accept outside sign-ups, and does not process data belonging to anyone other than Lewers Logic and its authorized personnel.
1. Scope
This policy covers the self-hosted social media scheduling application operated by Lewers Logic, including any connections it makes to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. It does not cover those platforms themselves, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
From connected social platforms
When an authorized Lewers Logic user connects a social media account, the platform’s authorization process provides us with:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for the connected account
- The account or member identifier, display name, and profile image
- A list of organization pages the connecting user is permitted to administer
- Basic delivery and engagement metrics for posts published through the tool
From our own users
- An email address and password hash for signing in to the application
- Post content, captions, images, and video that our users create and schedule
- Scheduling metadata such as publish times and target channels
We do not collect information about your contacts, connections, followers, or audience beyond the aggregate metrics the platforms return for our own posts.
3. How we use it
The information above is used for one purpose: to publish and schedule content to the social media accounts that Lewers Logic owns or is authorized to manage, and to report on how that content performed. Specifically:
- Access tokens are used to call platform APIs on behalf of the connected account
- Refresh tokens are used to keep a connection alive without repeated re-authorization
- Profile and page data are used to let the user pick which account or page to publish to
- Metrics are used to display post performance inside the application
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
4. How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
The only outbound transmission of data is to the social media platform you have explicitly connected, for the purpose of publishing the content you authored. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers within the application.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lewers Logic.
5. Where it is stored
The application runs on infrastructure controlled by Lewers Logic. Credentials, tokens, and content are stored in a database on that infrastructure and are not hosted with a third-party social media management vendor.
Access to the application requires authentication, and access to the underlying server is restricted to Lewers Logic personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
6. Retention and deletion
- Access and refresh tokens are retained only while the account remains connected. Disconnecting a channel deletes its stored tokens.
- Post content and scheduling history are retained until deleted by an authorized user.
- Account records are deleted on request.
7. Revoking access
You can revoke this application’s access to a connected account at any time, either by disconnecting the channel inside the application or directly from the platform:
- LinkedIn — Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Other applications → Permitted services
- Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions
Revoking access immediately prevents further publishing to that account.
8. Cookies
The application sets a session cookie so that a signed-in user stays signed in. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Children
This application is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
